I accidentally pulled out a longer strip of adhesive than I needed. Can I manually roll the excess portion back into the sticker maker or the refill cartridge?

No, you cannot return excess adhesive tape back inside the cartridge or the sticker maker. So just be careful and judicious with the amount of adhesive tape you pull out each time when making stickers.

Tip! Make several stickers in sequence at a time before tearing them off the sticker maker and try to space them apart with as little unused space as possible.

I tinkered with the 1.5in refill; the adhesive paper and the plastic cover have come apart and out of the refill cartridge. Much of the sticker strip is still unused. Can this be fixed?

It is impossible to put the separated tapes back within the cartridge in its original form as they were machine-assembled at the manufacturing source.

All Xyron refill cartridges are designed to plug-and-play – that means you just remove them from the packaging and insert them into the sticker maker or creaive station to play right away – no tinkering is required. 

Please refrain from tampering with the refill cartridges in any way other than the instructions provided for using the sticker maker or creative station in the correct manner, as you will risk damaging the refill cartridge/sticker maker/creative station. Misuse disqualifies your purchase from warranty protection.

What warranty is available for the Xyron Creative Station? 

The Xyron Creative Station and Creative Station Lite, purchased in Singapore from our APPROVED STOCKISTS or directly from the OFFICIAL SOLE XYRON AGENT - Stickiemail.com, are covered under local warranties for manufacturer defects. You do not get this buying from other online sources or unauthorised resellers!

That means, your unit can be replaced if the damage is caused by material or workmanship issues by the manufacturer, Xyron.  

1. Please keep the original printed or e-receipt as proof of purchase (warranty is valid for a year from date of purchase) and contact us at hello@stickiemail.com.

2. We will provide the address for you to send in the unit along with the receipt for damage assessment, which will be ready in 4-6 weeks. If the damage is assessed to have arisen from manufacturer defects, a replacement unit will be arranged for a 1-for-1 exchange. Goods sold are not returnable/refundable.

When are StickieMail Subscriptions shipped?

When you purchase a subscription, we ship the latest monthly edition right away to you. If you have committed to a multi-month subscription, your subsequent editions will be shipped out around the 15th of every month. 

What are the differences between the Sticker Pack and the Snailmail Kit? 

  • Sticker heaven flat-packed in an envelope, our Sticker Packs brim with a huge wad of sticker sheets to bring smiles to all sticker lovers. 
  • Snailmail Kits on the other hand do not just stop at stickers. Other than also containing a thick wad of stickers, our Snailmail Kits are stashed with fun, useful items to help you craft and send your perfect happy mail, be it a letter or a parcel. Each kit features a varying combination of stickers, postcards, notecards, tags, pattern paper, writing tools, stamps, envelope makers or box stencils, vintage ephemeral, and much more that you can craft with and make beautiful, heartfelt mail packages.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

If at any time, you wish to cancel, please write us an email. We hope you fall in love with our subscriptions and give us a chance to make them right and lovely for you.

If you still wish to cancel, we will respect your decision and terminate the subscription. To calculate the refund value, we factor in postage paid and packs/kits (valued at the undiscounted single-purchase retail price) that have been shipped, then refund the remaining unused subscription value. 

May I choose specific stickers, paper goods or stationery that I see in the photos to be included in my subscription?

The product images give you a glimpse of the premium quality and wide range of stickers and snailmail stationery stocked by StickieMail. You may not receive the exact same items you see, but rest assured your subscription pack or kit will not be compromised on quality or quantity.

To retain the surprise element of our Sticker Packs and Snailmail Kits, please kindly note that you will not be able to choose the pattern set to receive, or the order in which you will receive them. We ensure there are no repeats of goodies in your subscription pack or kit from month to month. This way, we hope to continually surprise and intrigue you! 

Why don't you thematise your monthly StickieMail Subscriptions?

We made a conscious decision not to limit the breadth of our stickers and snailmail stationery to a single theme every month to better ensure that everyone's diverse preferences are mostly likely to be met in our monthly instalments.

To illustrate our point, if we were to have a 'watercolour' theme for a particular month, watercolour enthusiasts would surely be over the moon to receive a watercolour-thematised pack. However, those less interested in watercolour effects or designed stationery goods may feel less endeared to the month's kit goodies.

As such, retaining a diversity of stickers and goodies curated first and foremost by our top priorities of quality and adorableness (rather than be restricted by a theme) best allows us to cater to different inclinations so that in every subscription delivery, there is definitely (hopefully!) something of interest and pleasure to a subscriber
